ROAD TO SOCHI
Suter is in his second season with the NHL's Minnesota Wild and 10th year of professional hockey. In his first season in Minnesota, Suter led the NHL in average time-on-ice and was a finalist for the Norris Trophy as NHL's top defenseman. In 2010, he played a key role on the blue line to help the U.S. to the silver medal at the Olympic Winter Games. He is one of 13 Olympic veterans, and is one of five members of the men's hockey team leadership group.
