ROAD TO SOCHI
Ford spent three seasons on the U.S. development team and two years on the Nor-Am Cup circuit before posting her first world cup points in 2012. After sustaining a concussion in December 2012, she took the 2013 season off to focus on training. In December 2013, she returned to the world cup tour and earned downhill points with a 21st-place finish in Lake Louise, Alberta. She is making her first Olympic appearance.
