ROAD TO SOCHI
Christensen arrived on the world cup slopestyle scene with a bronze medal at the 2011-12 Mammoth U.S. Grand Prix/World Cup and added a second slopestyle bronze medal at the 2012 World Championships. After overcoming a knee injury in late 2012, Christensen still managed to finish fifith in the 2012-13 AFP World Tour standings. Upon his return, he won the 2013-14 Park City U.S. Grand Prix to clinch the final spot on the 2014 U.S. Olympic Team.
