ROAD TO SOCHI
After clinching 16 consecutive world cup victories during the 2011-12 season, Kearney eclipsed the record for the longest FIS World Cup podium streak in all disciplines to become the most decorated world cup skier in history. In 2012, the reigning Olympic moguls champion won 11 out of 13 world cup events before claiming her fourth world cup and second world championships moguls title in 2013. Her stellar career continued with five podiums out of the six world cups she entered during the 2013-14 season – highlighted by three gold medals – to bring her tally to 59 world cup medals. The three-time national champion clinched her third Olympic berth and is looking to defend her title in Sochi.
