ROAD TO SOCHI
Having mastered both halfpipe and slopestyle, Kenworthy is quickly becoming one of the top all-around freestyle skiers in the world. He continued his reign atop the overall AFP World Tour standings for the third straight year in 2012-13 after earning the X Games Tignes slopestyle bronze medal and the halfpipe silver medal at the Olymipc test event in Sochi, Russia. He followed that performance by winning his first X Games medal in Tignes, France – a bronze in slopestyle. With a pair of top-three finishes at the 2013-14 Park City U.S. Grand Prix, Kenworthy is poised to be a medal contender in slopestyle.
