ROAD TO SOCHI
Frenette grew up jumping at the 1980 Olympic venue in Lake Placid, N.Y. He made his Olympic debut at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver, where he aided the U.S. to an 11th-place finish in the team event. He then claimed two consecutive national titles in 2011 and 2012, and followed these performances with a sixth-place team finish at the 2013 World Championships. Finishing third at the 2014 U.S. Olympic Team Trials, Frenette is making his second Olympic appearance.
