ROAD TO SOCHI
Guldemond has won almost every major event in snowboarding. The 2011-12 winter saw him become the world champion and take the Mammouth Mountain U.S. Grand Prix title. Then, in 2012-13, he finished second at the Dew Tour, was victorious at the Copper Mountain U.S. Grand Prix and placed fourth at 2013 X Games Tignes. This season, he took fifth at the Dew Tour, as well as the Copper Mountain U.S. Grand Prix/World Cup. Sochi marks his first Olympic appearance as slopestyle makes its debut at the Games.
