ROAD TO SOCHI
Farrington had a breakout season in 2009-10, when she won the gold medal at X Games Tignes and earned the Dew Tour overall title. The following year, she captured silver at X Games Aspen, then won the U.S. Grand Prix overall crown in 2011-12, along with another X Games medal. The past two seasons have seen her garner five top-five world cup results and a fourth-place finish at the world championships as she prepared for her first Olympic appearance.
