ROAD TO SOCHI
Lamb is making her third Olympic appearance after winning the 5,000-meter at the 2014 U.S. Olympic Team Trials. The two-time national 3,000-meter champion was the top U.S. finisher at the 2013 World Single Distance Championships, finishing 11th in her signature event. She is seeking her first Olympic medal in Sochi.

Daughter of Philip and Betty Lamb…Has two sisters, Angela and Katie, and one brother, Mikey…Began speedskating at age 8 and qualified for her first junior world team at age 16...In 2007, diagnosed with Piriformis syndrome — a condition where the sciatic nerve is pinched by muscle in the hip…Hobbies include biking, hiking, cooking, baking, sewing and knitting.
